“Mirabella is both a celebration of Italian cuisine and a reflection of my own culinary journey, which began 25 years ago during a transformative period for Italian cooking in the United States,” said renowned chef White. His previous Miami ventures include Osteria Morini, which closed on Miami Beach earlier last year. He was also involved in New York hotspots like Marea and Ai Fiori.

Mirabella’s interior design is an homage to both the timeless, classy cool of Italy and the vibrant, non-stop energy of Miami Beach. The main dining area enjoys custom-made furniture with scarlet red and lapis blue lacquer, embossed leather upholstery, and intricate brass detailing for an old-world upscale feel. Miami is represented through the hand-painted Dedar fabric, featuring an abstract palm tree print, the ceramic shells on the back wall hand-painted by South African artist Lucie De Moyencourt, and the pink-hued Lilypad chandelier by Lara Gonzalez.
